Please be careful while trying on items. Items should be returned new and unused as Gemflare holds the right to not to accept returns in case product is used or damaged by a customer. The payment will be refunded in the same mode as received within 5-7 business days of us receiving the package.     
 

• No customized item is eligible for return.  
• The item must be unused and to be in the same condition that you have received.  
•  Refunds are eligible only in case if the product has evident damage.  
• The package must be returned with the invoice copy.
